The maker

Jenna, the creative force behind Rodinia Designs, draws inspiration from Earth's concentric circles to weave wearable art that narrates the planet's rich history. Each piece captures the essence of geological epochs, inviting wearers to carry a unique piece of Earth's narrative.

After facing a severe injury in 2018 it rendered her unable to explore some of the spaces to which she felt connected. Drawing on her background in therapeutic arts Jenna discovered solace in her collection of rocks, immersing herself in the art of lapidary. In the years since, she’s developed original techniques allowing her to skillfully transforms raw stones into wearable art.

For Jenna, working with stones transcends craft; it's a journey to cherished landscapes. Each touch becomes a tactile exploration, revealing hidden colors beneath the surface. Guided by imperfection's allure, her work embraces the unexpected, reflecting resilience, and the spirit of exploration.

Basiciuuy

Rodinia Designs is a zero-waste endeavor, minimizing resource usage by using reclaimed metals and second-hand scraps from local jewelers. The primary objective is to create environmentally friendly wearable art pieces. All materials used in the creation of these pieces are ethically sourced through vendors who share similar values.

Intermedi

All minerals are ethically hand-collected throughout the Pacific Northwest. Many fast-fashion jewelers source crystals from questionable suppliers that often involve forced labor or harmful mining practices. No forced labor or unethical practices are involved with Rodinia designs.
